About

Rajan Krishnaswami

Rajan Krishnaswami has always had the spirit of innovation, never settling for things the way they are, but looking for the next thing. In that vein, he founded and for 11 years directed a very successful non-profit chamber music arts organization called Simple Measures whose mission was to present music in fresh new ways to make you fall in love with classical music. Despite being at the height of its popularity, it was time for him to move on to new innovations.

RAJ-TIARRASORTE

Always having been a person who believed in infinite
possibilities, soon after graduating from Juilliard, he created
and produced a New York Debut recital when everyone
around him was saying “You can’t do that!” Begging to differ,
he produced a sold out concert which broke even financially
and produced several reviews in top industry magazines and
local newspapers. “Yes, I can.”

Speaking of infinite possibilities, he put together the
money through grants and gifts to buy his first full size cello
(Leon Bernardel) at age 15. Subsequently, he was able to find
investing partners to buy cellos for him three more times.
The first cello (Postiglione) had one partner, the second
(Testore) had three and the third (Guadagnini) had 10
partners. He knows a lot about how to put together these
kinds of deals, how to have the right mindset, and how to
structure the deal. This is rare, and Rajan in a top expert in
this field.
He is now devoted to helping others discover
their untapped potential, opening their mind to unlimited
possibilities, including musicians acquiring world class instruments, the way he has done in his own life.
